Unfortunately, my stay at this hotel was underwhelming. The room was decent, and the resort architecture was appealing, but the service left much to be desired. Arriving late meant no dining options available, and the breakfast wasn't quite what I expected. Overall, I feel like this place doesn’t truly deserve the five-star rating it boasts.
